Galia Alena

I am a visual poet, earth mystic and mist walker. I walk in beauty dreaming with the divine to create sacred art and to partner with intuitive healing practices. I create in dialogue with the sacred feminine and my practice involves listening to the magic as it appears in dreams, journey, tarot, nature and other daily blessings. I’m a beauty unveiler, light huntress, moment caresser, mythologist, archetype weaver and visionary poetess. Ultimately, all of my work is about helping people peel back the layers to experience the intense beauty of each moment allowing them access to both their intuitive wisdom and a deeper connection to spirit and self, helping them find their own truths in connected stillness. In this way I am a guidess helping others find their own mystery school of wisdom and sacred being.
(Because the beauty of this life cracks our hearts open and it is through the cracks that light can flow both in and out and connect us back to our divine selves).
Oh... and I believe in the magic of this life.

I live in the insanely beautiful Blue Mountains, just shy of Sydney, amoung the clouds and mist, with my family, our kitten and all the winged ones who frequent our garden. Each day here is a wondrous delight of tiny miracles through either the glorious light or magical mists.

Mixed media artist, photographer and creator of soon to be published Stardust & Fallen Petals oracle/tarot deck.

I am an artist based in Colorado. I have spent 10+ years as a freelance graphic designer and studied at the University of Colorado, Boulder graduating with a B.A. in Fine Arts and Art History with an emphasis on Digital Art.

Since a young age, I traveled across the nation and globe. My travels sparked an internal passion in me that will never subside. Travel both energizes and humbles. When not on the go, I find myself continually researching different cultures. The textiles, patterns, cuisine, and artisans worldwide inspire my artwork and teaching. I love the lessons and unpredictability that travel brings to my life. Each experience is reflected in my artwork.

I can typically be found with messy hair, paint splattered on my clothes, and walking barefoot. I love field trips and adventures with my two kids Elle and Sterling, creating in my studio, time alone to read, playing outside, yoga, and traveling (to name a few). I hope to forever be a student of the world. I started this journey as a means to expand my horizons and connect to others who share similar passions. I love the feeling of creating with my hands, learning something different, discovering a new place, the sun shining down on me, and belly laughter with good company.

I would love to connect and hear your story!

I love to paint Large Paintings of Real Women! Curvy Beach babes enjoying life and not giving a damn! I love to play with elements of distortion and proportion, texture and colour. I try to capture a moment, whether  lively, fun or thoughtful that everyone can relate to.

I create heavily textured underpaintings that are an integral foundation,  allowing interest and depth to show through the subject matter.

But above all I love to create real characters with a flair for life!

Jenny Manno artist.jpg

From a very early age I’ve loved all forms of art, joyously finding myself catching on to a variety of projects quickly.

I was inspired by my mother and grandmother, who happened to be very artistic women. We’d celebrate birthdays and Christmases with art supplies and invested in time together painting, drawing or crafting. As a young person, I was very fortunate to have adults in my life who helped me cultivate the confidence to explore my artistic passions. Even as a child I would notice "the little things" "the details" even before I knew what those things meant. I relished in the idea of adding every little detail, in trying to capture what it was that I was looking at. I have always craved a creative lifestyle, from acting to dancing, to singing to Art. I love it all but I landed in the one field that I can do anywhere at any time with a pencil and piece of paper. From an early age I intuitively knew the importance of art and the impact it was going to have in my life. 45 years later and I am still creating, sharing it with the world and making a difference. Each day I share, teach, explore with my followers on YouTube, Instagram and Facebook. However, Facebook and My Private community 'Next JENeration Art' is where my heart lies. I have the BEST women and men who share in the artistic journey with me every single day and I wouldn't have it any other way.

Her process is very unstructured, tactile and yes, quite messy and through that she is able open up the magic of what is unique within her.

Jenny would love to share her process and her magic with you. She has seen how her creative process and approach has helped the creativity blossom in herself and in hundreds of her students and she is so excited to share it with you to inspire you to expand and grow yours!

I have been chasing and playing with creativity my entire life. About 8 years ago I made the leap to full time artist. This act has been the biggest gift to myself! To me Art is expression, story telling, therapy and creativity wrapped up in a gold thread of divine magic!

My art journey is one of self taught artist and MUCH exploration and Play! By ‘self taught’ I mean that I am an avid taker of classes and have learned what I do through reading, doing, experimenting, laughing (a lot at myself) and teaching. I probably won’t teach anything ‘new,’ but I hope you will enjoy my spin on techniques and how we will put them together.

I spend my life between Florida and Michigan, close to the beach and water. Nature and faith are my inspiration. My best friend (Hubby) and I have been married for over 30 years. We’ve raised three boys, two are now married to the most amazing young women, and we have three grandchildren!!! My studio muses are Tito and Titus, a white and a black Miniature Schnauzer.

I feel very fortunate to live a creative life in a big old yellow house with my sweet hubby and two rescue labs. After owning a gift shop/make & take art studio for 12 years, I closed the door on those special memories to venture out on my own artistic journey. I am a full time mixed media artist who works mostly with acrylics, but I also love the thrill of introducing other mediums, such as fabrics, graphite, and collage. I create both abstract and figurative work which is often described as playful, uplifting and colorful.

While I stay busy running my creative business, my art journals remain an important part of my creative practice. Art journaling enables me to play, experiment and express myself. Sometimes I work out specific ideas or techniques in my books, and sometimes I am just giving myself a little “art therapy” on a hard day. The sky is the limit with what an art journal can be for you, and l love seeing the variety of approaches that different artists take with this medium. There’s just something about putting marks down in a book. It never gets old for me.

I work mostly on big canvases, lots of ladies with character, townscape but also flowers. Besides that, I also got completely hooked on sketching. It keeps me constantly connected to art.

Hello, my name is Laura and I am a mixed media artist based in Austin, TX. I love to play around and experiment in my art journals, and also enjoy dabbling in abstract, collage, and floral artworks. My favorite thing about art is that there are no rules - the only requirement is that it makes you happy! My main goal when I began sharing my art was to show people that you don't have to be classified as an artist to begin creating. Your art doesn't have to be perfect, or even 'good' - it's the act of creating that matters.

I am married to a wonderful husband, who is the person who nudged me down my artistic path (although he probably didn't realize how much money I would spend on art supplies!).  I am also the mother to two boys, and a full-time Sonographer.

Rachel Cronin Artist.jpg

I am a paint witch and spell-weaver creating intuitive abstract landscapes on the edge of the beautiful Cotswolds in the UK.

I’m fascinated by the landscape and the memories we associate with them; I paint to return to these places and each swirl of colour acts as a homecoming, and an act of remembrance as I try to find my way back to these landscapes.

They are also a way of connecting with my immediate environment and of finding myself in sync within their rhythms, colours, and textures. I borrow recognisable landscape elements as well as hidden myths and folklore, symbols and sigils and embed them into my work by scratching and scraping. Painting takes on the same ritual function as making hot tea, lighting a candle, or opening my journal.

I love paint and I love to see just what it can do. With this in mind I used mixed media techniques combining acrylic, crayon, watercolour and pastel. I often remove layers with a blade or sandpaper to reveal previous historical layers, sometimes words or messages emerge from these experiments.

Alongside this I am a workshop facilitator, creative enabler and confidence builder who loves to help others find their creative path in life. I run classes and workshops throughout Oxfordshire.

Marilou Cadiz Marshall artist.jpg

Hello, my name is Marilou Cadiz Marshall, I am a graphic artist based out of Vancouver, BC. I have been a graphic artist most of my adult life and have recently returned to my love of painting and drawing. I feel very fortunate to be able to combine both loves of digital design and modern watercolours that compliment one another in my work.

I was born with a curiousity and deep desire for creativity. Being a life-long learner has always moved me forward to learning the next thing. I often try to sum up the courage to try different avenues in creating even the technical side which most of us find scary.

When I am not on my computer or at my art table, you can usually find me in the kitchen making dinner for my family, puttering in the garden or walking our dog Nova, our darling Havenese!

I am a self taught mixed media artist and painter of soulful characters. I try to find a story of simplicity and harmony in each piece of art I make. I am influenced by shape, color and patterns, both created by hand and found in nature. When I create, I let my muse take me where it wants to go. I play and enjoy the process, while looking for my imaginary characters to make an appearance.

Teaching is an integral part of my artist's life, sharing techniques and learning from my students. The core of my teaching is to share the value of playful curiosity, learning to see with your heart and trusting the process.

Renata Loree artist.jpg

I consider myself to be a creative person, well, lets scratch that. I am very creative. But what I used to consider creativity to be, drawing or painting is now a way of life. I create everything that is in it. As a little girl, visiting my grandmother, I used to admire the paintings that she had on her walls. There were not just prints, but actual reproductions of famous paintings, and very good reproductions at that. One of them was an ocean scene of mermaids, the other one was was a Madonna with a child. I remember staring at the paintings and tracing the paintbrush strokes trying to decipher the colors used. I was mesmerized. And I think those paintings made a great impression on me, forming a decision to eventual be able to create them as well. And that is how I learned to paint. I copied famous painting.

I am a self taught artists, and I have painted all my life. Sometimes more, and sometimes less, I guess it depended on how much time I had. About 6 years ago, I have decided to be a full time artist, and at this time I also fell in love with teaching art. From that I realized that I love the interaction with people, my students, my peers and my fellow artists. I also realized that being an artist is being creative and that there are many ways to create. What ever we do, we add a spark of light of ourself into it, it does not have to be a work of great art, it can be something anything that makes someone else happy.

Holly McLaughlin Artist.jpg

I am a mixed media artist, primarily painting figures and animals. I believe the beauty of art lies in the process of listening to the sacred voice of the heart space, and allowing the energy within to guide the creative flow moment to moment.

Art as a means of exploring and expressing my inner world has been very transformative for me. It has been a guiding force in my life, and has allowed me to see the magic and synchronicities that I might otherwise miss. My hope is that I can share ways that other artists may find valuable in nurturing their own creative processes.

I live in North Carolina, USA with my husband, our son, two dogs, cat, and ferret. When I'm not painting, I work as a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist.

Hi, I am Marina, a Dutch Artist living in Plascassier, a small village near the perfume Capital Grasse in the South of France. I am very lucky to have my studio in my garden where I am surrounded by lavender and olive trees! I am completely hooked on the Cold Wax Medium and passionate about painting Faces and Figures and I am drawing my inspiration from the environment I live in. Who doesn’t love those old buildings, weathered shutters, cracked and crumbled walls and picturesque villages that we see a lot in France? They inspire me to create these beautiful textured backgrounds, where I add a figure or face that I often see appearing in the marks I make. I do not only use oil paint but also incorporate pigments, pastels, oil sticks in my work. My paintings are bought by collectors from all over the world.

monica 6.jpg

My name is Monica Stadalski and I’m a  freelance artist living in Upstate NY about 30 minutes outside the Canadian border.  I grew up a military brat and spent most of my childhood and early adulthood growing up in the interior of Alaska, which is why I feel so at home when I’m surrounded by nature.

I’m a bit of a late bloomer and didn’t start exploring art until I was in my twenties  although as a child my crayons and coloring book were always by my side, and now some 30 years later,I’m still learning and exploring.  I have always enjoyed the adventurous side of art and have painted commissioned murals, entered in national exhibits, played with fabric art, participated in several street painting festivals, taught art workshops to children and adults, and have created my own oracle deck specifically geared towards creatives.  This creative path is one I hold very sacred.

I believe that art can be a catalyst for more compassion, love, healing and magic in the world and I will continuously strive to represent these themes in my art.

Robin Sturis Artist.jpg

Crawford, TN, USA is my chosen home now, although I have lived all over the USA.  I’m an abstract mixed media artist working on paper and canvas.  I paint in layers, usually starting with free gestural marks and smears of color.  I might then begin to add some sort of structure and choose a focal point.  Sometimes this early form holds true to the end, sometimes things change drastically as my creative intuition calls the shots.  My work is always an expression of my subconscious and my desire to work through life experiences.   I am particularly interested in the relationship of light and dark, layers of meaning, tensions of interconnection, mystery and ambiguity.

I earned a BFA from the University of Wisconsin and later did graduate work in art at Arizona State University.  I showed and sold in Scottsdale, AZ and New Hampshire.  After taking some time to earn an MS in Mental Health Counseling, I have returned to my creative roots here in Tennessee, where I am beginning to show locally and online.
