In this workshop we will be using our art journal practice to explore the deep meanings of the major arcana (the trump cards) and taking the Fool’s journey through the tarot with our art journals. We won’t be reaching for the little guide books of meanings but rather exploring where and how these archetypes are showing up and evolving for us in the current moment. Whether you are new to tarot or have studied them for years, there is always new evolution and nuances to explore with these mercurial archetypes. Come and explore this everlasting dance through your own creative practice.

The Format:
We will explore a new card from the major arcana each week allowing time to dive into the archetype of that card and create your journal spread exploring what it means to you.

Archetype Play- Mini Workshop
In this lesson we will use our journals as a way to explore and dive deep with an archetype. I'll be sharing how I use my journal exploration to dialogue with an archetype and how that may lead to another artwork.
