I’m over the moon to be able to share with you some of the wonderful classwork that is being created from our 13 mOOns workshop Holding Space. For the last few weeks it has been such a pleasure to pop into our Holding Space group and see what beauty has been created, what truths expressed and what transformations unfold.
We’ve been Holding Space for ourselves and Holding Space for our Creativity. It is about being present to all that is, its about allowing. This creates an opening where we learn that by holding space for our creativity our creativity then holds space for us. Holding space is a container that invites us to be more fully present with the gifts of the moment and of life. We are exploring how our art practice, our creative practice, is a space holder for us.
I believe that holding space for creativity and holding space for yourself are symbiotic and mutually supportive, one leads to the other and vice versa and the practice of either strengthens both.
Holding Space is the first moon of the 13 mOOns that make up Sacred Arts Mixed Media Dialogues with the Divine Feminine. Seeing how everyone has responded to the lessons and prompts is truly beautiful. Take a look at all these gorgeous images imbued with the energy of the Divine Feminine in all her many forms, they are just a glimpse of the deep and soulful work being created and shared.
